At Onewheel, we want to ensure you are stoked on your ride. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused board or accessories within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Visit our support portal and enter your order number and email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our California warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for usage and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
